So, here we are...Monaco!! maybe the most gorgeous place in the world!! It's about 45minutes bus ride and cost only 1 euro!! How cheap is that!!
Well, what comes up first in your mind about Monaco...yes, it's the Grand Casino in Monte Carlo. During the day, there is no dress code, so we paid 10 euro each to get in...the inside....was surely luxurious and magnificent!! Some gentlemen in tuxedo were playing a roulette and BJ. I wonder how much money they bet on each deal...don't wanna know though. Also, there was a room for us to play slots, and we put 5 euro and won 21euro. not bad, is it? That means only we paid 4 euro to see the inside of the casino!! That was fun.
Don't forget about F1!! We used to play Grand Turismo on PS2 and were eager to see the famous hairpin corner!! We also went through a bit of the course by bus, too. It was exciting!!
Then, we met this Japanese girl who we met in Sophia, Bulgaria. She works at a restaurant in Monaco, so we went to eat. Oh, the Thai food which we haven't had for long time...was soooo good!! It's always nice to meet people again who we met through this travel in a different place.
Before going back to Nice, we visited Le Corbusier's last house in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. I'm his big fan, so I really wanted to see it. Although we found it, it was closed. Apparently I need to make a reservationto see the inside...I'm not sure though...
So...we had a great day today. The weather was gorgeous enough to feel the real Cote d'Azur, and we accomplished to meet her again.
